Your Hannibal obsession has really helped improve your art I think because this looks so amazingly done!
I love how his face came out the most I think. I really like the shape. I actually think you've improved with that too since Hannibal's face such such defined features. :> I do think the eyes really fit well with the rest of the drawing.
Everything else is white, but the eyes and I frickin' love it. I love how they stand out and force you to look at his eyes.
You may be in art block, but I still think your art's improving. Just draw more Hannibal! XD
